What you are buying
A mixing and mastering service on audio you supply. Every package is delivered as a finished, mastered record: a 24-bit WAV master, a 320kbps MP3, and a streaming-ready version. Full Treatment also includes stem masters.
What I need from you
Stems exported dry, starting at the same point, at the same sample rate as your session. If the source files cannot be worked with, I will tell you before starting rather than after.
Turnaround
Turnaround is counted from the moment usable stems arrive, not from checkout. Five days on Single, three on Single Pro, two on Full Treatment. If I am going to miss it, you will hear from me before the deadline, not after.
Revisions
Two, three or five revisions depending on your package. A revision is an adjustment to the existing mix. Sending different takes, a different arrangement, or a new song is new work, not a revision. Extra revisions are $35 each and there is no time limit on them.
Your music stays yours
You keep every right in your recording. I claim no ownership, no publishing, no royalty, and no credit requirement.
Using your track as an example
I may use a short excerpt of work I have mixed as a before/after example on this site. Never with your name, the song title, or anything else identifying you or your release. If you would rather I did not, say so and I will not — before or after delivery.
